I loved everything about this place, especially the stuff they were extraordinary magnificent starting from the reception Mr Andrew is so friendly and helpful. There also Mr Maged at the pool bar he is so cheerful even when it's so crowded and so many people around the housekeeping and every one in the restaurant and finally I would like to thank the chefs as the food was so variable and tasty.thank you everyone I'm sure will be back soon

Charmillion Club Aquapark Guest Hospitality

Charmillion Club Aquapark employees are very friendly. When we arrived at the hotel at night, Reception Abdurrahman helped us with the room, during our stay, housekeeping Yasin Hassan cleaned our room carefully every day and made beautiful decorations with towels. Also housekeeping Khaled Jebir always completed our room. The waiters in the restaurant joked with my naughty son and Ahmet Anwerin's service was impeccable. Ms. Tatiana in guest relations gave us information about the region during our stay and made good suggestions. On the day of our departure, Reception Abdurrahman helped us to check out late and made a great gesture to my family by offering us lunch and dinner. The hotel is wonderful and there is a wonderful smell when you enter, a peaceful atmosphere. By the way, since my wife is gluten free, our chef in the restaurant offered great suggestions and dishes with unique delicious food. The staff is very helpful, friendly and attentive to their work, I thank them all individually. I plan to spend my next vacation here again without children. Best regards Yüce Tuncer

- I was asked for tips for everything especially by the bar staff. - the AC seems like doesn't work. - the accepted my request to check out late but they asked me to leave at 12:00. - meals are really too bad.

Fabulous Stay in Sharm!

This is the second year in a row we have been to Charmillion Aquapark. Nowhere else in Sharm is such great value for money. The food selection is amazing (especially for vegetarians like me), the gym has a couple of good treadmills and other equipment (for burning off all those calories from the buffet), the staff are EXTRAORDINARY - they go above and beyond to help you and seem to genuinely love their job and the waterpark itself is wonderful for both big and small kids!

Family great vacation in sea club aqua park Sharm Al-Shekh .

This is my third time to come to sea club aqua park & as usual we felt hospitality from the first minute ,,reception staff are very helpful,, Then aqua park is really amazing ,, The chef in the kitchen Mohamed katkoot is really listening to your wishes & making it happen,, Animation team always trying hardly to involve all guests to join their activities ,thx lougi,Mina ,max & Manchester. Thx for all staff & the management.

Food

Ants were in the bathroom I changed the room and found the AC in the other room was not working well I requested pool view or aqua view through booking They told me not available and i stayed in far room away , it was garden view The aqua closing early at 5 pm so suppose to use it in sunny weather at 12 afternoon

The aquapark was great, the animation staff was excellent, the reception guys were very professional, and they extend our checkout for 2 hours until the time of our plane.

Amazing and relaxing family stay

We had an amazing relaxing holiday back in February. This hotel is perfect for families. Parents can relax sunbathing and having a drink while children have fun in the pools (eady to keep an eye on them too). We enjoyed how warm and attentive staff was. We were treated really well, special attention paid on the kids, we felt very well taken care of. We also loved the pool and the fact that it wasn't crowded (we were there in February).which was really good not to wait in the queue for getting drinks and snack in between hours.

If I had to think of things I didn't enjoy that much, I would need to mention the spa.I got a facial from the spa and it was very average and rushed. I also shared the room with another client which felt very weird too. I would also recommend they make sure the curtain rails from both sides of the windows are closer together so the morning sunshine doesn't wake everybody up! Also, the evening entertainment could be better and maybe a few more child-friendly good options in the restaurant for picky eaters

Never book this hotel if you want to enjoy your vacation!

The Aqua park was ok and the people working there were great. They smiled and were friendly.

You CAN NOT enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on the terrace. The hotel will jail you inside it because its' not allowed to have breakfast on the trance!! They will have guards next to the restaurant doors and will return you back to your sit: 'It's not allowed to go outside with coffee nor food, sir!' Very poor food quality and no diversity. One of the bar man at the poor bar was very rude with the customers. No smile and its like he is paying from his own pocket for a glass of juice... The sea is VERY FAR. We had to walk about two km after the bus dropped us in front of a different hotel. We had to walk like in the middle of nowhere.

The kids's aqua is amazing ,the heater for kids aqua was on so the water was warm all the time, all staff were very kind and hospital especially (moshira & nora) , the animation team exert great offer in order to each guest enjoying and having fun including Egyptian guests i loved their mini disco with kids, in general it's very suitable for family vacation and very safe and entertaining for kids.

The hotel is very far from the downtown, the room was relatively small, the food was fair , almost no fresh juice

The Aqua Park is excellent. The Housekeeping staff are excellent. Lifeguard staff are the best.

The service and kitchen staff of the Aqua Park bar are Unfriendly. The food in the Aqua Park bar is only daily burger and hotdog.

great vacation

staff were polite , animation team's programs during day & night were great and amazing , aqua park is fantastic specially kids aqua , breakfast was good with varieties however lunch and dinner were moderate , clean room , the cold beverages available all the day were excellent . the reception team surprised us by presenting us a birthday cake as we had a birthday in our family which was so gentle and nice from them .

the raw materials used in cooking lunch and dinner such as ( beef, chicken & fish )were so bad & tasteless . uncomfortable pillows.

Great time and hope to get back sometime.

We were very happy with the food and service. All staff was very helpful and it was a safe and family freindly environment. The waterslides and pools vere great. Milad was amazing!!

We would have liked a little more informaiton in writing on the property. It ook some time to understand how to access everytihing. We would have liked to be able to have more access to food outside of the standard business hours, especially later in the night.
